Golf Ball Diver - TPC Sawgrass

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL - MARCH 18, 2015 - Golf balls are retrieved by diver Gordon Davis at the 17th hole on the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

There have been lots of stories about the divers who retrieve golf balls from water hazards. When Gordon Davis made one of his visits to TPC Sawgrass, I decided to get in the water with him and shoot with a GoPro. The water was too murky to get any underwater shots, but this was a pretty cool perspective. I even pulled a few balls out of the lagoon to complete the experience. No gators that day!
